Pick your company, fill in your details, and copy an HTML signature straight into Outlook — live links, real text, sharp at any zoom.
The company details are encrypted inside this page. Enter the passphrase to unlock them.
Registry
Paste the company registry as JSON. It is encrypted with the passphrase below and written into a
fresh copy of this page — the plaintext never leaves this browser, so it never reaches a commit
or a chat log.
Four unrelated words beat a short complicated one. Anyone who downloads this page can guess at it
offline with no rate limit, so a PIN would make the encryption decorative.
Preview — live HTML, not a picture
Your signature appears here once you enter your name.
Send it to them
They get an email from you with a link that works for 72 hours.
Invite them to make their own
They get a link to this studio with only this company, plus its own passphrase, valid for 7 days. Several addresses at once are fine.
Sent links and invites
Everything still live on the server. Revoke kills a link at once; Resend emails a signature link again.
Outlook desktop — Windows
Press Copy signature above.
In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures… (or hold Ctrl while clicking Signature on a new message).
New, give it a name, and OK.
Click inside the large edit box and paste with Ctrl+V. Paste plainly: Ctrl+Shift+V strips the formatting and leaves you bare text.
On the right, set New messages and Replies/forwards to the signature you just made.
OK, then send yourself one message to check it.
The logo is pulled from this site the moment you paste. Outlook saves its own copy into your
Signatures folder there and then, and attaches it to each message you send — so it keeps
working for the people who receive it, and it survives this site going away.
Outlook desktop — macOS
Press Copy signature.
Outlook → Settings → Signatures, then +.
Paste into the editing pane with ⌘V.
Close the editor, then pick the signature under Choose default signature for your account.
If the paste comes out wrong
Everything is plain text — you pasted with Ctrl+Shift+V, or the clipboard lost the HTML. Press Copy signature again and use plain Ctrl+V.
No logo, just a box — Outlook could not reach the image. Open the logo URL in a browser to check it is public, then paste again.
Nothing pastes at all — some managed installs lock the clipboard down. Press Download .htm, then in Windows open Win+R → %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and drop the file in.
Extra blank line above the signature — that is Outlook, not the block. Press Shift+Enter instead of Enter when you type above it.

Outlook on the web — Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, click in the box and paste.
Gmail — Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new, then paste. Gmail rehosts the logo on its own servers.
